Business Development / Sales Manager
The person will be responsible for building the Company´s sales activities as well as business development. His/her main duties will include:

Develop an excellent knowledge of the product and services

Establish Company's sales operations in Europe and North America

Build a key customer network and promotion of the diagnostic products in such fields as oncology, cardiology, infertility and other therapeutic areas among other areas

Identify, prioritize and initiate sales relationships with new customers (pharmaceutical companies, public and private hospitals, centers of research, etc.)

Coordinate technical consultancy and support to clients as required.

Contribute to defining the Company's business plan in order to achieve the greatest commercial traction in the shortest period possible.

Deliver tangible results and sales against agreed budgets

Contribute to the design and establishment of an organizational structure to accomplish effectively all activities, goals and objectives

Market analysis

Seek and evaluate new product ideas, providing adequate information and facilitating ongoing communication. Assist in product evaluations and/or clinical studies as appropriate
The candidate (male / female), with university education in biology / biochemistry / molecular biology (undergraduate degree or Masters; PhD not required), will be a self-starter, initiative taker with tremendous energy and at least several years relevant experience, ideally in the diagnostic space in sales and/or marketing, as well as some prior research / lab experience.
A strong and focused 'business builder' who will effectively communicate with the organization and clients. The candidate must have the scope to act as a catalyst in the further development of the Company, This requires strong scientific know-how, 'execution' skills, and the drive to further develop the business.
The right candidate will also possess outstanding presentation skills, written and oral, as well as computer skills (MS Office, etc.) Fluent in Spanish and English.
